A mix of studio, one- and two-bedrooms apartments, the property includes 418 low-income homes in a six-story residential building with a rooftop deck. A spacious paseo and four courtyards placed throughout the property are designed to encourage active lifestyles and social interaction.
A short drive from dining and shopping, Metro East provides convenient access to State Route 55 and public transportation. Nearby, Cabrillo Park is a short walking distance from the property. The location ensures accessibility to businesses, entertainment, and medical services – including Orange County Global Medical Center, a 24-hour emergency Level II trauma center that accepts Medi-Cal and Medicare patients.

Opening in summer 2020, Metro East is affordable housing for Orange County seniors age 62+ in Santa Ana, California. This is Jamboree’s third community in the City of Santa Ana and its first joint venture development with The Pacific Companies.
Jamboree’s largest senior development to date, the property includes 418 units with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedrooms apartments in a six-story building. A rich array of onsite amenities, four courtyards, and a 22,800-square-foot paseo are designed to foster active lifestyles and community building among residents.
