The findings from Jamboree’s Housing Impact Study explore the economic, educational, and social impact of those living in a Jamboree affordable housing development. This includes residents living in Jamboree’s portfolio of family properties throughout northern and southern California.
This is the first of Jamboree’s studies to quantify the impact of affordable housing on the residents who live there. We’re sharing our results here to demonstrate how proper evaluation techniques provide the tools to demonstrate the value of your mission to your board and community partners.
